They're absolutely terrific! My wife and I have become so busy with our business that we needed help to keep up with the house. Admittedly I'm not a house cleaning fanatic and it just became too much for my wife. We found KASA Services on Service Magic and gave them a shot. Kathryn is a pro and runs a tight ship with here crew. When we come home after cleanings the house is literally spotless. What a relief it is to work with a business that's not only good at what they do, but reliable. If there's a better house cleaning service in my area I'd be surprised. As a business owner myself, I appreciate how well run KASA is. Don't think twice.

This was my first experience with a housekeeping service. I found Kathryn to be very thorough and enthusiastic in the preliminary walk thru as well as during the actual cleaning. The other members of the crew were also energetic and through.I am pleased with the results in my home and would recommend their services to others.

We serviced this customer back in May of 2008. Customer still paid for visit and then there was a long lack of communication and now two years later he puts this review after never speaking to him again. I contacted customer to try and work it out, we spoke once. The conversation was unsuccessful. He advised me he was going to check with his wife and call back. He has not gotten back to me since he said he would. Tried to communicate with customer and potentially fix anything needed. Customer did not want to move forward I guess.

Needs to watch to make sure all places are cleaned. Did not feel that a professionl work was done.

The customer addressed his issue to me with the cleaning, and I immediately that day went back to the site and corrected one minor area. Then began to show him the other areas that could not be corrected due to their condition. I thought when I left, we left on a good note, since the customer advised me things were good and proceeded to pay payment. Unsure why he decided to write this negative review months later.
