Justin arrived earlier than scheduled, which he had cleared with me earlier in the day just in case. He communicated extremely well, whereas other "pros" I've used have not. He was very friendly, true to his word, efficient, and reasonable with his pricing. I have used a number of professionals in a number of areas in the last few years and Justin probably left the most favorable impression of any of them. Kudos to him, I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Such a nice guy! He called me within minutes of my providing information on Service Magic. He was able to make a tentative appointment with me for the next day, only tentative so that I would have time to get supplies. He gave me a general estimate on the phone. He explained to me, as best he could, what was going on while he was here. He let me know what I needed to get for him. He checked on everything. It was great! And he was a very easy guy to get along with, we had no problems and had a lot of fun chatting. Great guy! Definitely would recommend him! :'D
