this is the second time ive used just call judy i called last minute they arrived and saved the day ! i needed a last minute superbowl party pre cleaning i will reccomend them to everyone- the quality judy and her team provides is unmatched !!! thanks again just call judy!!!!

Judy was prompt for our appointment when she previewed the property. She and her crew were prompt at the appointed cleaning time and did an excellent job for our move out cleaning. I would recommend Just Call Judy.

They did not clean, or their cleaning supplies were dirty. Furniture was left undusted, floors were not mopped, appliances were not wiped down. Spots remain on the rugs. If she could not clean the carpet, she should have said something before she started and made them worse. When my fiance called her back, "Judy" told my fiance that he must have dirtied the place after she left. and that was less than 30 min later. But she didn't waste any time cashing the check. Very unprofessional. I would not and will not recommend this service to anyone.

This mand and I did a complete walk-thru and he said everything looked great. I had expained that we only use a personal, residential carpet cleaner and that some spots were not coming out. a truck-mounted unit may be necessary. He ws fine with that as well. His other areas of complaint on the phone to me were 1 sill not dusted. Crumbs on kitchen counter after he made toast and coffee and footprints on the entryway tile where he and I were walking in and out. I offered to go back the next day and redo things which we had already done but he declined.

Judy made many promises she did not fulfill. A very subpar job to which I complained about immediately when I returned home. I left the cleaning crew with $100 and left for work returning after they were gone. Big mistake, I should have done a walkthru. Judy promised a refund or re-clean. She delivered neither, rather making excuse after excuse about not being available to re-clean, then when I opted for a refund, the check being sent to the wrong address, then the wrong zipcode. Finally, on Jan 7 she called screaming at me and refused to refund my money. The service took place on Nov 18, 2011. This should have been resolved long ago

Everything this woman says is fabrication - as evidenced by my $100.00 cancelled refund check which she has cashed!

Judy was very professional and made the arrangements very accommodating. Her team made some things sparkle that I found nearly impossible to clean. I recommend 'Just Call Judy' highly!

Judy was very efficient in setting up the appointment. However I was quoted a price by her that was just an estimate of $75 that she mentioned was just a guess without seeing the house. The cleaners arrived on time and did a decent job, however there were quite a few things missed like the dining room table and the fixtures in the bathroom. I had to specifically ask for ceiling fans and blinds to be done. In the end it cost $75 for 1 hour of cleaning. Judy called right when they left to get my credit card number. She was rude and did not even ask how it went or if I was satisfied. I would not use them again.

This lady had to be cleaned without a guaranteed/walk-thru bid because she insisted it be done right away. She did not say she wanted to pay by Credit Card when we spoke and did not make any effort to do so after the cleaning so I was forced to call her and ask for the info. She received 2 people cleaning her home for 1.25 hrs = 2.5 hrs. total and told my people she was satisfied.

ejoyed having them in my home, Great value for the money.

Judy and her crew did a great job. I ended up hiring them to come back on a monthly bases.
