We were cleaning out a shed that had been invaded by wildlife and thus there was a lot of filth in addition to old tools and yard items. Kelly loaded our junk into his truck by tossing it over a privacy fence, making it unnecessary for us to remove a portion of the fence. He worked hard and fast. And he was very pleasant in the face of a less-than-pleasant job.

My only issue was that I was very upfront on the phone about the amount of junk and trash that needed to be picked up. When Junk Platoon arrived the amount doubled. After some discussion and a phone the price was reduced not to my quote but something more in line with my quote. All and all, great value for the money.

I found Junk USA online on a late Saturday morning. After contacting them, I was contacted by a local removal service within 10 minutes. The local service was at my residence within the next 1 1/2 and removed all the items that I had. I never thought I would get same day service on a Saturday afternoon however I did and it was great. The two guys were very professional and polite. I

Junk Platoon was great, I called that morning and because they were aready in the area doing a job, they were able to come by within a coupl of hours to see what I needed. When the the two men arrived to give me a quote, they hauled everything off right then once I said ok. They were done in less then 30 minutes. Very Hardworking and efficient. They also cleaned up the basement once they removed everything. I will tell anyone who is looking for great service and a great price to use Junk Platoon USA.

Prompt response to schedule work. Next cancellation of initial date/time of job by junk platoon. Next day no call from junk platoon until 1hr. 40 min. after job was to start. Acutal start of jof 1 hr. later. Job was completed finally within 35 minutes!. Never again with junk platoon!
