Jules was VERY prompt in responding. They were professional, offered several solutions, were patient/accommodating with scheduling, and aaccurately able to match tile colors to satisfy the HOA. I did recommend them to several neighbors who have hired them for similar work. As he went the "extra yard" to repair the tiled roof I am very satisfied in the quality of worksmanship I received.
