Came through for me with next day service to install a new vent flashing. Not a big job, so not much chance to evaluate extensively.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
Overall, I had a very good experience with J's repairing my skylight. They responded quickly and were honest and extremely customer friendly. Still too early to tell if the repair was successful, but I felt they did the work for a reasonable fee and it came with a one year warranty, so I feel good about it.

Project: Clean a Roof
I got a call back promptly. Jerry listened to the whole situation patiently and adviced the best course of action over the phone. His follow-up was phenomenal and you could tell that he really cared about your project getting done efficiently and cost effectively. He could've very easily oversold me on stuff that I didn't need to do (like replacing the shingles). His suggestions for cleaning (by myself) was perfect. I would highly recommend J's roofing for their knowledge and helpfulness.
