He sounded very professional and was available to meet me at my home that afternoon. Randy arrived on time and once inside my home set about looking at the entire a/c system all the while informing me of what he found. After he identified the problem he promised to call me the next morning with a complete repair estimate after he researched parts cost. He called as promised and ultimately I chose to replace my entire air condenser which Randy performed that day. His work is impeccable. He went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
