Project: Hire a Handyman

Hard to get a hold of, never called back and took over a month to install a wheel chair ramp for a patient of ours that usually takes 2-4 hours. Won't be using them again.

Project: New Windows - Multiple

It took 2 months from contract signing to completion of the project. Most of the delay was due to subcontractors (window manufacturers) delay in supplying the necessary material to work with. The material supplied was very good. The worker who did the work did not speak good English and was difficult to communicate with. He tried hard to do the job, but was not a finish carpenter and the end results were good, but not high grade. Joshua tried to do the job right, but was not on the job and only checked it every other day. Joshua was good to work with and very pleasant. They were very courteous, helpful , and more concerned with the work itself than trying to hurry just to get it done. I absolutely love my new windows! I had a small problem with one window that was attended to quickly. Joshua was extremely fast in contacting me about what I needed and I would use his crew again.
