With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, owner and project manager Colin Josey brings a broad range of skills to remodeling projects, concrete work and new home construction. Josey Construction projects have included: full home remodeling, full kitchen and bath remodels, new custom free-standing garages, bedroom, bath and studio additions, tile and flooring, interior and exterior painting, and concrete and exterior work. While also successfully established in the heavy construction industry, Josey has always valued the type of job satisfaction and client interaction that comes with the direct client contact in individual and unique home projects. In his firms, Josey Construction and KalGar Construction, he has applied his knowledge and management skills to satisfy clients in all phases of home remodeling and building, and has found the job he loves best.

Josey Construction was easy to work with and friendly. The project took slightly longer than expected due to some small hurdles, but they were quick to handle the situation and get the job done to our satisfaction. I would hire them again.

Our remodeling project seemed like a huge undertaking at first, but Collin made it a seamless experience that resulted in a fabulous new kitchen. Collin's crew was neat and dependable. The job was finished on time, and I would highly recommend Josey Construction Company.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Colin works with real professionals who do great work for a fair price. I had other contractors offer to cut costs here and there, but I think Colin's cost was very fair and the job was done really nicely. We took the kitchen down to the studs, changed the layout, built custom cabinets to suit my needs, and kept some of my old appliances. Colin didn't agree with all of my design choices but he talked me through his reasons and he was always willing to discuss and explain his concerns, as a consultant should. In the end, we used some of his ideas and some of mine by talking through the choices. I'm so pleased with the end result!!

Project: Build a Garage
It was a pleasure working with Josey Construction. This project had quite a bit of custom requirements and needed consistent management/oversight. This job was done on time and within budget. All subs kept the job site clean and worked very carefully around our existing home and landscaping. I would definately use him again and would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
