I had exterior door installed, Joe and his helper ran into some problems once wall was opened due to age of house and structural differencies. But they did solve problem and the door and locks were installed level and secure. I did however. withhold a star for customer service, because we did not get a reciept for final payment or invoice for work done.Even with a couple requests.
