He was very fast and knew exactly what needed to be done. Minor annoyances included: 1) not taking off his boots after coming inside (but granted, he did park two blocks away, so he had to step out a couple of times), and 2) in my opinion, a relatively high price tag, considering that he required my help to tighten some screws while he help the door in place ($100 for 35 minutes of work, 2 screws, and 2 wingnuts).
