He gave me some great ideas for my 2 patio covers at our first meeting. He seemed very sincere in doing a good clean job. We talked about looking like they were never there when the job was complete. The patio covers turned out prtty good, although the finished trim under the edge of the roof was not completed. I tried many times to get him to finish. I made the huge mistake of paying the balance before it was done. My son and I spent several hours cleaning up after they were done. There were broken pots, paint on the rocks and patio, nails in the lawn and all around. The debris was simply rinsed into my garden with a hose.
