Came the same day I made the initial call, fixed the garage door expeditiously within an hour and provided the courtesy to call me to explain the details of the repair, how to perform preventive maintenance on the door myself, and included instructions on where to purchase lubricating products to prevent the failure occurence in the future. Outstanding service in my book.
