Left a mess on my deck and furniture with concrete mix and never cleaned it up. Good job on the work. Terrible job on the cleanup.

just wish he would have offered to replace the flue. We dont know how to replace it and it would have been worth the money to have him do it. I was not there at the time my husband was or I would have asked him to. THATS UPSELLING!

Tony was very responsive to the work request and easy to deal with. All work performed was subcontracted out. Repairwork on old block wall lacked a bit on quality and thoroughness.

Tony (owner of Jones Chimey) was on the ball with everything from the initial inspection, estimate and scheduling of our project. We left to run errands on a Friday and returned home several hours later to find an invoice in our mailbox. Sure enough the work had been completed while we were out. There was some debris left around the base of the chimney, but nothing major or dangerous to our family. Great work and quick turn around. Same thing happened as with our tree removal, no call when weather caused a delay in the project (originally scheduled for Thursday).

Responded very quickly to my service request. They came out the next day, did the job in a timely, professional manner and at a reasonable cost. They were also able to take care of another issue I had regarding masonry work on my front porch...saving me from having to find another contractor to do the job. Overall, very pleased and will use them again.
