He was slightly more expensive than others to pay for upgraded parts to avoid future repair problems which I appreciated. He taught me about unit so I could do any future maintence. No more dry skin or dry noses. I wish I would have done this years ago. He knew what he was doing on the installation and installed unit in about an hour.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Treatment & Purification System
Technician was familiar with my water purification system as it was an Amway product and he was an Amway distributor. I had a leak in my unit and he not only repaired it in very short period of time, but made enhancements by providing me longer tubing and moving my water valve to a place where it was easily reachable when i need to change out my filter. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the process and my problem. I would definitely call on him for any water purification issues and new installation of water softener or reverse osmosis system. He will be very handy in case I need an Amway part as well.

Mr. Jones was prompt and called right away. He quoted an Aprilaire 600 model (it was a higher end model and a bit more expensive than what another company quoted for a 500 series). However, I liked other reviews from Service Magic about his work, also I was satisfied with his answers. Job was done very well (used brand new copper parts, hooked it up well and so on...)
