I must say Jon was pleasant and prompt but...the wallpaper had lumps under it which I asked about before he left and was told by him that the lumps would all disappear in a couple of days. It has been more than 4 months and the lumps are still all there. He said he always puts wallpaper glue on prepasted paper. I think that is where the problem has occurred. The seams and edges are beautiful but the lumps are unsightly. I called him back 3 times: 1st time he was out of state & said he would call when he returned (which he never called); 2nd time I called he hung up on me; 3rd time I called and left a nice message & he has not called. NOT NICE

Jon did a very good job. He assisted me in finding just the right wallpaper. He did the work on time and to my specifications.

Jon was professional, he scheduled the job within a reasonable time frame, and he's overall a very pleasant person to be around. The job he did for me was a material he hadn't worked with before, but he really knows his stuff and hung the self-adhesive material as if he's been working with it forever. I highly recommend him, and will use him again should the need arise.

He did an excellent job in a very timely manner.

Jon was absolutely great, he made contact quickly, he returned emails and phone calls promptly and arrived promptly as scheduled. I had a very large pattern wallpaper and he whipped it up in no time and it's really beautiful. I can't even see a single seam. He is definitely a master in this field and I'll definitely use him again and everyone else should too.

There are alot of lumps in the wallcovering and he said they would "re-absorb" into the wall when I questioned him. He did not prep the wall at all, said the flat paint was fine....it seems that every few days a "new" lump appears....

I pride myself in making sure my customers are satisfied with my work before I consider myself finished with the job. This customer wanted a corner where her parrot was caged, covered with a tropical mural. I hung it on a surface that was painted with a flat paint which is fine for this type of material. When I was finished she was completely satisfied with the jab and said it looked great. If any bubbles appeared after I left, then she should have notified me and I would have come back and taken care of it. If there were bubbles, it wasn't because of the surface I hung the paper on.I will always return and address concerns with any customer.
