The quality was OK, but the final bill was 64% over estimate, and his work habits and hours were very disruptive. <br /> <br />He caused a water leak by screwing into a water line; this was repaired at his expense by 8:30PM but after two trips to Home Depot on a bus (he does not own a vehicle) for supplies. <br /> <br />He rented a floor nailer but was unable to get it to work, which cost a day. We were charged several hours of time for this. <br /> <br />He never started before 8:30 AM and never finished before 7PM, averaging around 8PM <br /> <br />We are sorry we chose this contractor Rating: Provided By: joe s.
