I'm absolutely thrilled with the work Dave at Jon Beau performed. He was prompt, professional, efficient, and highly skilled. He basically completely rewired my kitchen and improved upon the builder basic fixtures that came with my home. He advised on different layout options and even recommended some solutions that wound up reducing time and expense. My house now feels like a home and Dave is simply an artist. The work was done ahead of schedule and under budget. Will definitley be using his services again, and would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Showed up and did job in a timely manner.

The customer forgot some of the details. We showed up a few minutes earlier than promised, laid out our own carpet to set our tools on, laid out plastic to catch any debris, wore shoe covers throughout the job, cleaned up when done, and then gave the customer two coupons worth $100 off more services in the future (one coupon for her and one for a friend). The job went as planned and the installation looks great. This is the worst grade our company has ever received. One last note, the customer liked the information we handed out at the time of the quote and let us know we were the low bidder.
