OK, he fixed my HVAC, and while I'm not sure if I got a great deal or not, because I really don't have an idea on what a great deal would have been, I was super impressed that he took pictures for me and sent them to me of some other issues I had that he couldn't work on. He didn't have to offer that, or even mention it. I'm always skeptical of people working for me, but this guy will get my future business without a doubt.

When another company just kept adding on parts to try and fix the trouble(and charging us for them), Robert came out and thoroughly diagnosed trouble,found out compressor was overcharged with freon, and fixed trouble. Thanks Robert. You gave us faith that there's still people in this world that care, and provide professional service.

Mr Johnson was prompt in providing an accurate quote for the work to be done, presented many options for me to choose from and was very accomodating with my schedule. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. I did not feel any pressure to have other services done when he showed me various options. GREAT! Would highly recommend.
