Quick service. Did exactly what they were hired to do. Replaced crawlspace water cutoff valves and outdoor silcock valves. Also added cutoff valves to indoor shower plumbing access.

They called promptly. They came over and installed a new valve that seems to have solved the problem. We will call them again for any future work. Good points. They were quick and did a good job. He suggested a few other improvements to the outside faucet. The changes were easy and we were not charged an arm and a leg for the extra work. Bad points. The pump is inside on an interior floor. The repairman just cut the PVC pipe and let water leak all over the floor. He should have asked for some plastic or towels to catch the falling water. The water soaked into the floor before we could clean it up with some towels. He bent over a few times and proved to me and my wife that he was a real plumber.

Ken did a wonderful job on our back porch. He discovered that there was more work than expected, but he managed to complete the job when he said it would be done. His cleanup job was auesome. You couldn't tell he had working all day. I higly recommend Ken for your handyman needs. Thanks Ken!!
