With my initial call, Frank was very willing and offerred very timely service. While conducting the repair, he was very helpful in understanding the issue, worked diligently to properly resolve the issue and was willing to take on additional projects while onsite

Frank was Great!! He went above and beyond for my sink install. He was prompt, curtious, and did a great!! job. My sink install ended up being a little more involved due to no main shut-off. He was able to take care of that so that he could continune. The sink I had already had all the parts to be installed. So, we thought Great!! The sink was a cast iron double sink. VERY HEAVY.!!! And I had mentioned to him originally that I had tile that I was going to install on my countertop, and I hopped that after he removed the old sink I could quickly place the tiles under the sink edges. He was such a gentleman he actually supported the sink

I went online to servicemagic thinking I would get a list of servicemen in my area to call for a small plumbing project. After I put in my information, I was writing down the available phone numbers when I received a call from Johnson Heating and Cooling. I spoke with Frank Johnson explaining my problem. This was 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. He asked if I was going to be home, purchased the supplies needed, came and fixed our problem (for a reasonable price) and was complete by 5:00pm. He was friendly, competant and got the job done, leaving no mess for me to clean up. I would definitely recommend Frank.
