I received a phone call about 5 minutes after I put in my request. Two plumbers came the next day and saw what the previous repair people had done two and half years ago, explained why the previous repair failed. They offered to do a cheaper repair like the one before and said it would fail in a few years like before or they could do a more extensive repair that should last. I chose the more expensive repair since it was the only bathroom in the house and I wanted it fixed correctly. He even called a few days later to see what I thought of the repair and make sure it was working as it should.

They came out the same day to hook up my kitchen sink since the new counters were place and the counter people didn't re hook the sink up. I thought the amount they charged was outragious ($549) for hooking up a sink and a garbage disposal. Then a few days later I was running the garbage disposial and doing dishes and my son came running upstairs saying that a flood was happening down in the basement...after turning everything off I noticed that the connections from the disposal and sink were leaking all in the cabinet and flooded my basement. I called (it was a sunday) and about 4 hrs later someone came out to repair the problem.

I hired Johnson County Home Plumbing to do the work and they called immediately and was able to come out that minute. Over very happy. Cost was good but he did leave a little mess that I needed to clean up. Cost was much better than expected.

Very fast and efficient. Two men showed up who were clearly experts and worked well together. They identified problem quickly, affected clean repair with minimum of disruption, and left the area clean afterwards. I liked them a lot, but the guys show showed up and the work itself.

They were polite, friendly and professional. Did an awesome job, completed the work the same day they came to give an estimate, and completely cleaned up the areas they were working in.
