Although I was not charged for the service call the second time they came to my house, I still believe that they should have found out what really the problem was the first ime they showed to fix my AC.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The initial contact and subsequent meetings with John made us feel very secure that we were dealing with an experienced professional. Both bathrooms were done exactly as we visualized. All projects under John’s control were delivered on time (three weeks to gut & rebuild two bathrooms). The subs were great - it’s obvious they have worked long enough together to become a family. The crew coped with every unforeseen obstacle in our 60+ year old house with quiet professionalism. Cost overruns were minimal & very controlled. Overall this was a very pleasant experience, and we will be using John’s services for future projects.
