Did a reputable job but took longer than expected. Obviously, in a hurry to complete as the stair railing is poorly painted and peeling. I will have to redo portions myself. John rectified all of the issues and I am now happy with the project.

I attempted to contact this customer to rectify the problem with the railing. The project did take a little longer than I had planned, I estimated a 2 days and it took three, for which I apologized while we were there, but the problem with the railing is not from rushing or taking short cuts. I stand by and guarantee the satisfaction of all my customers. I am sorry that this customer was not 100% satisfied. I was able to fix the problem and this customer posted she is now happy

John was great. We originally reached out to him to fix the window in our upstairs bathroom and it turned out to be an upgrade to our guest bathroom. It's a full bath now and we love it! We look forward to working with him again.
