Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
Throughout the design and building process so far, John has always been friendly and available to discuss the project. His written estimate of the time the project stages would take was very accurate. He has a good network in our area, and has helped us meet Pima County's building requirements. John offered to continue to provide assistance in the building phase. I made a number of scope changes during the design work, and John flexed to explore options. I should have asked him for more guidance on cost management, and there were a couple of final design challenges we worked through together, but I would not hesitate to hire him again.
