I was overcharged for a leaking bathroom faucet. I have since learned that it was a very simple repair. It is fixed and I have had no problems with the leak.

John Moore plumbing knew in advance they would charge $200 to install a garbage disposal I didn't buy from them. Well that didn't happen. They then told me $170 to unclog my dishwasher line. This took all of 20 minutes. After the first missed appointment, and then arriving BEFORE the time they were to be here, I want nothing to do with them.

These guys did an average job. I thought the price was high for what I ended up with, plus they messed up the appointment time, leaving me twisting in the wind until I called when they did not show up at the allotted time. They did send a crew out same day, and did credit me with an item they normally charge for, but I should not have been the one to point out that the scheduling was faulty.
