The technician that arrived was very professional, explaining each step and why he was doing it. He worked consistently and we were completely satisfied with the entire job. After we determined that it was because of a leaky toilet upstairs we just turned it off.  It stopped the leak and there was no more emergency. But since I had taken a day off I went ahead and decided to replace the toilet.  Along with that I also decide to prevent future leaks, replace the connecting pipes and taps of the other several toilets at cost of $139 each.  Later I found out that the connecting pipe cost $3 and the Rating: Provided By: James J.
