I made the Internet query late in the morning and John was at our front door by late afternoon. He immediately diagnosed the problems we were having with our cabinet hardware, made quick repair of those items that he could and is quoting us custom upgrades to our existing cabinets. John was professional, personable and we look froward to using his skills for many of our home projects. I highly recommend John to anyone needing a skilled craftsman.

I had John paint, hang curtains (one second story that had to be accessed from the first floor) and a very heavy mirror. He is a perfectionist who prides himself in his work. Everything looks perfect and was a great value for the money. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Mencher was very professional, experience and an expert on replacement of exterior garage doors. The work was done in a timely manner and the quote given was more than reasonable. I would recommend him to my neighbors and anyone looking for his expertise. I would definitely contact Mr. Mencher for any additional jobs.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Didn't show up for the job when he was supposed to. Didn't quote us properly for an entire fence since we have dogs. Did not give us the correct amount of materials we needed to buy. Did not want him back to finish the job since he didn't do anything right the first time. Was able to find someone better for a better price to finish the job properly. Have to have new person fix parts of the job he did do since the fence is wobbling on certain parts. I would guess because he barely used any of the concrete he had us go out and buy. Should of know better when he wanted a 1/3 of the money up front for doing absolutely nothing.
