I was first scheduled to meet with John Donnelly Plumbing. He seemed too busy with other projects when he called, but I scheduled with him anyway. He was then late and never called to say so. He then showed up at my house 35 minutes late. I did not use him. Amazingly enough, I called Mr Mansolf and he was most accommodating. He called to say he was running a bit behind, and I waited for him. His service was beyond measure, as well as his honesty on my repair, and warranty. Thanks Mr Mansolf

Dont know the typical charge for the work I had done, but it seemed a bit steep. He was a really nice guy and got the whole thing done in just a few hours which was nice. But didnt make the first appointment because he forgot or supposedly had some other major thing come up which was a bit unprofessional. So far so good with what was done though!

John and his son Chris responded promptly and showed up in the scheduled time. They gave me a very detailed quote about parts and labor. since I didn't have any experience about fixing leaking pipes, I cannot tell if the price was fair. Nevertheless, they worked hard and did very good job for the repair and cleaned the place afterwards. They are very professional and polite. I will use them in the future and recommend them.

Great Job! He was in and out in an hour to replace my kitchen faucet. I'm in an old building and John knew exactly what he needed to do there. Very happy!
