Project: Install Synthetic Grass for Landscaping, Putting Greens, Play Areas, etc.
Professional, fair, diligent, started and ended on time, installed grass and stone around above ground pool. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Suggest that john does better on the quality of sod laid. I had at least 8 sections that contain no saint augustine and was nothing but crab grass. I am still pulling various crab grass out of the rest of the sod. My irrigation system still has leaks. I will try and find someone else to fix it. The madisons are very nice and respected people especialy the father, I assumed like father like sons.

I was very impressed. Dana who is a landscape archetict came to my house and new right away what would work the best in my flower beds. Within a week everything was planted. We did a walk through to make sure I was happy. Dana is even going to monitor the flower beds periodically and replace any plants if necessary. They were very professional and I would use them again.

They started right away on killing the dead and dying sod to replace it with new. Made great recommendations for mulching away from the pool cage. Notice issues with the irrigation system and we had them repair that as well. They sent pics since we live in IL for the FL property, so that was a nice touch too. Very personable and responsible.

John is a very nice man. However, he never showed up after the deal was made. His workers did a poor job, and sloppy cleanup after the job. Had to call them back. They cut a trench across the driveway to install 2 conduits for security cameras. They did a poor job of packing down the dirt and macadam. Still sinking.

We returned back to the project and added additional asphalt due to sinking within 2 weeks of completion. This is a normal occurrence when you cut out a small area of asphalt. Customer issues were resolved.

Wow! I am beyond impressed and completely satisfied with the outcome of John Madison Landscape design and installation. My project included; sod, irrigation, flower bed design, planting and mulch. I can honestly say I am delighted with the results in all areas. Every deadline John set was met and everyone was punctual and extremely kind and courteous. I whole heartedly recommend John Madison Landscape, Inc. without reservation, and will be using them again for another future project.
