Johyn Kinney is terrific. He installed cable in my parent's bedroom so I could purchase a big screen HD TV for my parents. He even phoned me after the job was complete to make sure that we were up and running, that the Cable Company had sent out the cable signal, and there was nothing further he could do for us to be of service.
