Project: Remodel a Bathroom

Their workmanship was good and, once completed, the bathroom looked the way we wanted it, but... communications and timing were problematic. Once the job started there was no followup with us by Fiderio's office - except to ask for progress payments. The job was estimated at 1-2 weeks but took 4 weeks - mainly because they didn't have all of the materials when the job started. Painters had to repaint nearly everything because they mistakenly used flat finish paint and we requested satin finish.

Very professional from start to finish. Knowlegeable salesrep. prepared detailed quote on the spot. Top quality materials. Project started and completed in reasonable time frame. Courteous workers. Will use again for future home improvements.
