Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
I called Service Magic and Joe's Plumbing service called me within 30 seconds. He came out on Saturday and check my hot water heater. He was able to get it working and ordered the parts to make the necessary repairs. The parts were under warranty and he had to make several phone calls but did get the parts, returned and repaired the water heater. Mr. Joe was very professional during the job, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He will be my plumber for life!

Joe came out on short notice, he answered all my questions,and performed the job professionally and completed the job for the amount that was quoted, even though the job required more work and time than expected once the leak was uncovered. He was also very personable and professional.

He was quick and polite. The only recommendation I would make is to buy the products he needs to install or replace yourself and then have him install them.

Joe was a very nice person who seemed to really care about my plumbing problem and really wanted to fix it and not try to take me to the cleaners money wise. He was very affordable in his rates and I was very pleased.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
I didn't end up needing a repair to my water heater. It just needed to be re-lit, and I wasn't doing it correctly when I tried to do it myself. Owner called me immediately when I submitted my request and came personally to do the job within a few hours. Very friendly, on time, called when he was on his way. Gave me helpful suggestions on maintenance of the water heater. Only charged me the cost of the service call. Would definitely use Joe's Plumbing again.
