Joe's team did an phenomenal job of refinishing our existing floors and adding new solid hardwood flooring to our upstairs and kitchen areas. <br /> <br />They were very flexible working within our given budget and also worked around our schedule. They completed the work in a timely manner which allowed us to move into our house on schedule. <br /> <br />Joe's entire team was very friendly and did a great job educating us on the flooring installation process and helped guide us in making decisions on the type of flooring and finish that would best suite our needs. <br /> <br />We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add new or refinish existing flooring!

My floors look wonderful, but was not happy with the customer service.  "Joe" only shows up to give you a price...........no follow up.  He has never seen the job "he" did or even bothered to contact me at all.  His "crew" left my ceiling fans/light fixtures/walls covered with sawdust, and didn't tape-off a few things that now have stain on them and need to be re-painted.  I will not use this business again.  We paid over 4 thousand dollars to have our floors re-done............I think customer service is a HUGE part of a business, especially these days when money is tight and so many busninesses are going under.
