I had the worst experience. Joe was very rude and was interested only in trying to charge me as much as possible.  When he came in for estimate, he first quoted $575 for the job and when I told him that I can only afford around $200, he said it is possible to do it for $260 (4hours at $65/hour) and he made me sign a contract which has a cancellation fee of $175.  After the person he brought with him took out the old damaged flooring after 4 hours, Joe threatened me that if I did not agree to pay him for aditional 4 hours, he would leave the job unfinished and take the $260 for 4 hours.  I could not belive a professional would act this way.
