Percario Inc was timely & professional. After the job was completed we noticed that some of the shingles on the lower roof over our front porch were uneven & not nailed down properly. We called the office & sent pictures, and within 1-2 days the roofing supervisor came out & corrected the imperfections.We have not seen any other problems & are happy with the job so far. One of our decorative urns on our lawn was broken by one of the workers, we sent pictures & were told to replace the urn & we would be reimbursed.
