Joe Percario does very good work. Roof was completed as promised in one day. Waited to rate them to see how roof held-up for first year. Seems to be in good shape. Included some re-working of the gutters and leaders, which was helpful and appreciated. Very professional organization which helped a great deal on the financing end of the deal. Easy to arrange financing and good payment plan to avoid interest.

Very professional and thorough. Willing to cover everything in as much detail as desired. Crew did a superb job with very thorough cleanup. Work around replaced skylights in the interior was of the highest quality. Would strongly reccomend to others and will use for future work.

Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
Joe Percario replaced our roof with slateline shingles. They did an excellent job. The house is an old house, which caused unexpected difficulties for the roofers but they problem solved and did a beautiful job. The clean up looked as if they were never here. They took care of the small things that others would have probably overlooked. We highly recommend Joe Percario and his team.

Ask Joe! Joe was always there, on time, when he said he'd be there. The work was completed fast; no playing around. Supervisors visited the site and made recommendations to improve the work moving down spouts from the back to the from, to allow for better drainage. These gentlemen are professioinal, and know their business as well as anyone in the field. I would certainly recommend them. They even called to follow up and make certain all work was satisfactory. Thanks, for recommending Joe Percario.

Our roof was installed in early April of '07. The saleman explained the entire process. Percario Inc was timely & professional. After the job was completed we noticed that some of the shingles on the lower roof over our front porch were uneven & not nailed down properly. We called the office & sent pictures, and within 1-2 days the roofing supervisor came out & corrected the imperfections.We have not seen any other problems & are happy with the job so far. One of our decorative urns on our lawn was broken by one of the workers, we sent pictures & were told to replace the urn & we would be reimbursed. Even with the mishaps we are satisfied.
