Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
We hired Joe Haubner Const. to fix a roof leak. After several attempts, it is still not fixed. He would come to our house when we were not home, so I really don't know if he ever came. They only thing I could tell was done was a little bit of caulking put on the roof to try and stop the leak.

Ben responded to my request within minutes of my call to ServiceMagic. He offered to come out to my house the next day to evaluate and repair my roof. I just cannot express how delighted I was with his professionalism, and the quality of his work. Although not a necessary trait in a contractor, I especially enjoyed Ben's positive and friendly attitude .......the whole experience from start to finish was perfect, and I will be passing Ben's name along to all of my friends and neighbors who need any type of roofing work done in the future.

Same day service by Ben Haubner who contacted me 30 minutes after filling out the online problem description. Ben came out and quickly identified the roof leak path (builder defect) and had the repair completed in under an hour. Excellent knowledge of roof construction and great customer service by Mr. Haubner. I would not hesitate to call him on any future construction of repairs needs on my home.

Great Service, when I contacted Haubner Construction for a wind damage roof repair I recieved a prompt call back from Ben. He listened to what I wanted and was prompt to visit my house, assess the damage and provide a very reasonable estimate. In fact he was able to provide me with same day service......I will definately recommend Haubner Construction to my friends and neighbors.

I am very pleased with their quality of work, their punctuality and their willingness to work on areas (i had an extra task that needed to be fixed around the gutter) beyond the scope of the contract. I am giving a 5 star rating even though the project hasnt been completed yet. One of the project task was to replace the blown off shingles that is already accomplished and another task was to replace the missing facia.I am 100% sure that the remaining work of fixing the facia will also be completed to my satisfactory. This is my second experience with the roofing contractor and they exceed my expectations.

Very professional and explained all work to be done very well . Found the problem and fixed it right away. I would definiately not hesitate to call them for any future work i need done. Very pleased with there customer service and the quality of work.
