Was not prepared to complete the job without going to hardware store for clear caulking. Left a complete mess in the kitchen with a lot of caulking around the counter.

I went to the hardware store to pick up the correct caulk, however, this had no effect on the minimum charge for the job. This was a sink reinstallation; the caulking was flawless. The cabinet, countertops and floor were as clean when I left as when I arrived. This customer was completely satisfied or I wouldn't have colleted.

He did quality work at a fair price.

Joe was on time and successfully took the scratches out of my granite countertop.

Joe did a great job and was meticulous with his work. Our granite cracked in front of the sink, and the piece came loose. He re-attached it, filled the seam and made it very hard to notice. He even filled a few chips we had in the side of the sink that I did not tell him about, but he did anyway. His rates were higher than most other people ($85 an hour) but it was worth the cost. I would use him again if we had another issue.

Joe was late for the appointment, but he did call to say he would be late. Repair work was excellent.
