I telephoned Jody Donahoo roofing for a quote for composition roof and gutters. Jody Donahoo sent out Bob McCrickard on our agreed upon appointment. We discussed my roof and gutter needs Bob was on time and very personal and thourough. Bob spent about 90 minutes inspecting and measuring. I was impressed with the way he explained everything to me and feeling comfortable with the quote .Jody called me on Nov 15th thst the tear off start proceed on the 16th took 2 hours, roofing materials dropped in the afternoon same day. On the 17th of NovemberTHE ROOFING AND GUTTER CREW GOT THE ROOF AND GUTTERS COMPLETED IN 6 HOURS GOOD JOB DONE BY ALL

We had some problems with Donahoo. They have poor communication and organizational skills, and their clean-up of the job was not great. Once the work finally started, it was completed in a timely manner, but everything else was a little disorganized. We weren't completely satisfied and would decline working with them again.

They are very detailed on explaining product pros and cons in depth. You walk away with a very good understanding of what you are purchasing. Their pricing is excellent and well worth every cent in my opinion.

From Bob to Jessie to Jody these guys are pros all the way. They listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions with empathy and explanations of the job that made sense and that I could understand. I got several bids and this company came in with the best value. There was no high pressure and the job was done in 3 days. Their employees were all professional. I am so happy I went with Donahoo. These guys are the real deal. HIRE THEM.

Can I give a 4.5? These guys do great work, quickly, and for a fair price. On our particular project we had a lot of rot that needed to be repaired, as well as other structural work. Everything was completed to our great satisfaction. The work team seemed somewhat disconnected from the office team and the communication was at times a bit strained. Otherwise this would be a 5 star rating.
