The work included the following: <br />- remove existing old cabinets <br />- remove existing non-loadbearing wall between kitchen and dining room <br />- replace existing tile floor with vinyl <br />- build/install new counters/sink <br />- install tile backsplash <br />- paint walls/ceiling <br />- replace existing lights <br /> <br />Overall, I'm pretty happy with the result.  It was a lot of work, and the cost as done by Jo-Kan was not cheap, but at least affordable.   The fit and finish of the work is not "high-end", but is good and appropriate for the house, which is 50 years old.  Jo-Kan advised on materials, colors, etc and it really looks nice.
