Positive - The quality of his work was excellent! He was instrumental in helping me find matching tile in the bathroom Negative - he was contacted on 2 occasions to do the work - the first time, he raised the price of the work because it would involve 2 trips. The second time I called him to do the work, he only came one time, but kept the $100 extra which was supposed to be for the extra trip (which he didn't have to make).

Russel was super. He promptly came out to get me a quote. Once he started work he was on schedule and budget and completed exactly when he said he would. When I found an issue about a week later, he promptly came out the next day to fix it. I was very pleased with his service and plan to use him again on my next remodel project.

I felt Russel was very friendly and professional. We required alot of customization to our project and I felt he was very flexible/fair with the changes we made as the project advanced. A few minor errors due to communication were easily fixed. Jo-Kan performed the majority of all the work, which was nice to have the same people coming in and out of our house. I felt the price was fair and I have already recommended Jo-Kan to friends

Our experience with Russell was very good. He was consistently on time and always kept us aware of what was planned for the coming days. He worked very hard and completed the project on time and on budget. He was very responsive to our efforts to keep costs down and also to any additional or different ideas that we had to accomplish our goals within our specified budget. He also completed other add-on tasks (like installing a dog door) as we asked and priced them appropriately. We are very very pleased with the final results.
