We asked for quotes on additional work but never received those. We have called to have situation resolved but have not received a call back and have not resolved the problem. I would not recommend Jim Spain for your flooring work unless he agrees to perform any needed repairs immediately after the job settles. If the grout would not have cracked, and or Jim would have come back immediately to fix the problem, we would have given him a very good rating for both quality and price, but because we STILL have the cracked grout, that's where the problem lies.
