The only comment I have about the experience is that it was diificult scheduling the time for Jim to come and do the project. Most communication was by email, which obviously extended the time to plan and carry out the projrct.Other than that, the final redsult was outstanding!

Jim was here when he said he'd be, and very quickly. He did a professional job with everything as bid and and resonably priced with no surprizes or additional charges. He did have to come back and fix a problem that was not his fault but he did it very quickly and at no charge to me. I think that was super nice of him. I highly recomend his company. Top notch !!!

Jim Rakuc immediately called back when i placed the work order. He was prompt for the appointment as well. I originally requested a existing exhaust fan to be wired but I later changed my mind and wanted a new exhaust fan to be installed. Jim did not know this until after he arrived. He was happy to accommodate thisNEW order and said he still would honor his original price quote. (He did not constantly tab up everything as so many other contractors do). He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would certainly hire him again!
