Jim was very professional, detailed, thorough and did not cut corners. I felt like he wanted my business more than the other's and was willing to go the extra mile to secure my business.  Was not the lowest bid but very competitive.  Understood my requirements/specifications and completed the project exactly to those specs and in the time he specified.  Took all potential long term problems into account and constructed my project to avoid those long term problems not to increase his profit and I appreciated that.  I will absolutely be using Jim for my future construction projects and will highly recommend him to anyone else doing the same.
