Paul was very nice, when he contacted me by phone and gave me the quote based on my pool size. The price seemed fair and his company had good reviews, so I just scheduled appointment. He was timely and brought a co-worker. Seemed to be knowledgeable, answered some of my questions and helped me a little with pool equipment (heater was malfunctioning). I am planning to use his services for opening of my pool and hopefully other maintenance.

I was unhappy with the arrival time, with the Jersey Pools. He was supposed to arrive at 9 or 9:30 in the morning. After I contacted him, he even show up at about 11:30. That's not good

I am unsatisfied with his work. I do not recommend this company. Never returns phone calls and did not finish the job he was hired to complete.

Paul was extremely responsive to my initial request, however once the pool season was in full swing, he was unreachable and gave priority to his larger customers, and less priority to my smaller pool liner patch and paint delivery job. I gave Paul the benefit of the doubt and paid him in advance of his last visit, and then getting him to show up for the last visit became a struggle. Thanks to my persistance, I eventually got Paul to come back and deliver some paint that I had paid him $100 for in advance. Paul was a nice guy, I just wish that he had stayed in better communication with me and followed through vs. letting me hang for weeks.
