Project: Install a New Concrete Foundation
Hired Jerry for building a foundation an new floor for my garage. Job required a concrete block wall to extend up from the foundation. The first subcontractor brought in to lay the block was sub-par, and I ended up actually removing and replaing some block myself. The second was much better. After <1 year the slab has cracked in several locations. Also as part of the job they were to remove some additional stumps which was never completed. In general the concrete work seamed good and footing sizes and floor thicknesses were all above target.
