The contractor I/my sister hired was a Mr. Jerald Kahler, Contractor/Builder. I believe you have him listed. He was very nice, and did a great job! I rate Mr. Kahler with 5 stars! If 5 is too many and over your limit, then I give him 4 stars! Thank you so much for your service!

Jerry and his son Andy are fine-honest people to deal with and my wife and I would recommend them for any consruction project that one would have. They started and completed our garage and driveway on time and never took a day off . Both their work and price were the best. We thank them and wish the best come their way in the future. Greg

Project: Build an Addition
Jerry Kahler and his son Andrew are awesome. Words to use do describe: Prompt, businesslike, professional but good sense of humor, a half our lunch and is working hard the rest of a full day, sweats through 105 degree day and keeps going strong, knowledgeable about all, pleases the inspector, works well with other subs, highest quality of product, keeps a neat work area. He did tease me about not being the best "general" there is out there. I'm a mom and English teacher by trade, moonlighting as a owner/builder, so I laughed at his joking and got plenty of mentoring from the whole experience with Jerry. I recommend with no reservations.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
Jerry and his son Andrew are Jacks of all Trades and Masters of all of them. They did a spectacular job of renovating the exterior of my house and stuck to their price. They finished the job on time and I have decided to have them build an agricultural barn for me in a few weeks. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased, on time, clean, & did something with our fence I was not aware of & made it stronger & last a lot longer. Cleaned up during work & after finished.
