Although Jericho is a very reputable company, and their workers highly professional and a delight to work with, their reputation has led to many projects with limited workers. They are attempting to hire, but be prepared to have one individual, at most times, working on your project, and possibly, he has to travel far to get to your location.

Jericho has experienced tremendous growth in 2011 and we've almost doubled our number of installers to keep up with the demand. The process of hiring installers is one we take very seriously here at Jericho so we won't rush just to add bodies. At Jericho we do not use sub-contractors, our installers are all employees, background checked and drug screened. When you hire Jericho to remodel your kitchen or bathroom, we will complete the job without interruption from start to finish. We strive to make raving fans out of every customer. Matthew, and Jeff were very organized, the subcontractor who did the floor did not fit in, did not finish tcleaning the glue off of the bamboo flooring or put he baseboard and quarter round down. He even left his shop vac in my garage and never came to pick it up Jeff and Matthew had to make up for this deficiency and the work was completed in a professional- though less timely manor. Without the floor problem I would rate theme even higher

I am so thankful I decided to have Jericho Home Improvements do my project. From the professional designer to the our project manager to the installers that had a roll in my project. All the samples were there the first night and I felt very comfortable moving ahead with my project. I did waste my time with three other companies that were not near as professional as Jericho. I am glad I did not go with any of those companies. The entire project took less time then I thot and was much better than I could have ever hoped. I'm now going to use them to do my Kitchen. Everyone should use this company. They performed well above my expectations!!

The entire process went smoothly for us. Matthew did the work, and he was OUTSTANDING- a joy to work with, always friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and reliable. Jeff was the foreman, and he was great also. We are thrilled with the final project. The only negative thing I will say is that communication with the ones ordering supplies and explaining cost was spotty, and led to a few surprises at the end of the project.

The bathroom turned out beautiful, we couldn't be happier. The job was finished two weeks earlier than planned. Great quality work!!!! Very friendly and professional to work with. I can't wait to use their help again. Wish there were 100 more stars. Ask for Matt.

No I would not recommend Jericho to anyone. It took a full month to do a small bathroom. We were without a stool for a day and half, no shower for a week and a half, no vanity or medicine cabinet for a month. We will never use them again for anything. Roger D.

We were pleased with Jericho. The men who did the work were friendly and checked with me at each step to make sure things were as I wanted them. They were punctual too. When they said they'd be here a certain time, that's when they showed up.
