Project: Architect
He was just very structurally oriented. We had such strict requirement in the work, he pulled a rabbet out of the hat. He was able to add 175 feet, so had a total of 600 Sq. Ft. for the house. He was just extremely wonderful in his work.

To clarify the review. Due to septic & environmental restrictions placed on the lot, we were only allowed to construct an additional 340 sf "Habitable space" onto an existing 1 br house. Through creative space allocation, and blending of interior and exterior. I was able to provide a design that gave the owners spectacular views and a living space that seemed larger than it actually was.
