I'm Anne Jaffe of Jerdadan Designs, Inc. and I have been providing interior design, redesign, and staging services for homeowners and realtors in Boulder and Denver, Colorado since 1993. The projects that I take on can be as simple as a color consultation or as complex as envisioning, planning, and designing the interiors of a home that has yet to be built. At Jerdadan Designs, Inc. we make each project a win-win situation; therefore, we always treat my clients, vendors, and contractors with courtesy and respect. I also place high priority to respecting and working with my clients' tastes, needs, and budget, as well as treat my clients' possessions with tender loving care. I handle the day to day details so that my client can relax and enjoy the process! We take care of hiring and managing contractors, subcontractors, and workrooms for the creation and/or installation of items ordered. I bring a new pair of eyes to your project, using imagination and creativity to rethink a room. Some of my interior design services include shopping for or designing custom furniture, cabinetry, artwork, accessories, paint, and window treatments. I also offer redesign and staging services. Redesign changes a home or a room using the client's own belongings. The area to be redesigned is emptied of all furnishings and accessories and is then rearranged. For the client, a redesign of their space is like getting a new home without having to move. Staging is part of getting a home ready to sell. I work with the homeowner to edit and rearrange furniture and accessories to create focal points, accentuate architectural features, and enhance space. A well staged home appeals to potential buyers, inviting them to see it as their own; therefore, a common result is that the home sells more quickly and at a higher price.
