IT WORKED OUT FINE

The company gave great service.

His quote was very resonable, he arrived on time, with the proper tools for the job, was friendly, completed the work in only a few hours, furnished everything needed for the job (including going out of his way to find and purchase a replacement post which matched those in the rest of the fence, and 'set it' in cement, same as the others). His total bill 'matched' that of his estimate, and he 'left a 'clean' work area. A few hours after he'd departed, my next door neighbor called to thank me for the excellent fence repair work from 'their perspective' (the 20-yr old 6' high wooden stockade fence had been leaning over into their yard)

very nice man, as an architect and in the service indutry. #1. he did not regard the residence interior, by not taking his shoes off or even riping his feet off when I put a rug down after I told him it was there for thaT REASON. hE WAS QUICK TO MAKE HOLES IN THE CEILING REMOVE TILE IN THE TUB AREA ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE FITTING TO THE SPOUT THAT WAS LEAKING. AFTER TEARING THE TILE OFF, WHICH I HAD ALREADY TOLD HIM TO TAKE THE SPOUT OFF BEFORE HE START ED RIPPED OUT THE TILE THAT WAS UNESCSARILY REMOVED WITHOUT FUTHER INVESTIGATION INTO THE PROBLEM. HE NEEDS TO SOMETIME LISTIN TO THE CLIENT. HE LEFT AND I'M LEFT WITH DAMAGE TO REPAIR

customer had water leak. drywall in garage was wet from leak. removed damaged drywall.saw water dripping from above. Cust.told me she was able to replace drywall and not to quote replacing. The tile was removed around control valve to look for leak because we could not see control valve from access panel.Cust asked to have valve replaced,due to dripping.Cust.ok'd removing tile because she was going to remodel soon and did not want tile replaced. Showed cust leak was from pipe nipple, not valve.explained cost to replace valve. Cust decided to wait until remodel and just replace nipple so water dripped in tub and not downstairs on drywall
