He did have to cancel his first appointment, but came as soon as it was convenient for me. He was quick & did a great job. I will definitely call him again when I need repair work.

Jeff was great! He was responsive, prompt and flexible with scheduling the job. My carpets had developed bubbles in four different rooms and he stretched them all out making them look like new again. Jeff was very experienced and knew what he was doing. I was impressed by how quickly he got the job done, even moving furniture just enough to get the carpets stretched just right. He even came back a few days later when I found another bubble in the carpet -- at no extra charge. Excellent customer service!

Jeff was great to work with. My condo closing was delayed and he was flexible and able to fit my job in when I finally received keys. He was efficient and completed the carpet stretching job quickly. I enjoyed his sense of humor, too!

The work (re-stretching carpet) was done as we agreed and the clean up was good. I had to make special arrangements for access to the house because I was not living in it at the time and he was agreeable to that.

Friendly and punctual - on time. He had to add in travel from his home base, so $125 fee was minimum service fee. Repaired bunched up carpet in small hallway. Was done in 30-40 minutes. Very efficient and fast. Was precise to ensure he was doing it right.
